Delivery Cost

Standard UK delivery with Royal Mail is only £1.99.

For a limited time only, card orders £15 and over qualify for FREE standard delivery!

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is sent as Royal Mail second class and takes 2-3 working days (Mon-Sat inclusive). If you require a faster service or tracking please contact me.

Delivery locations

I currently only offer UK delivery for website orders. Please get in touch if you require delivery outside of the UK.

Returns

Returns are not accepted but if there is a problem with your order, please get in touch and I'll do my best to rectify it. If you are still unhappy with your order, I can arrange a return and refund of the card price but you will need to pay for shipping.

Care is taken when packaging orders to avoid any damage during shipping. If card orders do arrive damaged, a refund can be arranged if sufficient evidence is provided.
